Ordering info

Generally, there are three ways to place your order:

• Order by phone: 076 5014824 (please also send a written confirmation to exclude any errors)
• Order by fax: 076 5036188
• Order by email: info@mt-diagnostics.nl

Please note that our business hours are from 9:00-17.00 hrs.

Requirements
All orders must include the following:

• 1. Name of the company / organisation.
• 2. Invoice and shipping address.
• 3. Name and telephone number of the person who places the order.
• 4. Catalogue number and description of each of the Products.
• 5. Quantity and package size of each of the products.
  Freight charges depend on country, package sizes and shipping conditions (ambient, blue ice, dry ice, radioactive).

Payment terms
Payment terms are 30 days net.
